I would like to inform you that am Tamilarasan, S*+ plus customer I have been using this from past * months now my phone has a problem for the *nd time it's not getting charge I went to Samsung service center they said they don't have a standby phone to issue so I called and spoke to customer care officer his name is Surya senior person he said there's no option to provide standby for any customer in Samsung and I said I purchased this phone for RS.***** what can I do without my phone with this kind of service, there's no answer from his side i said I will file a sue against Samsung he said okay no problem then i called customer service more than * times they are not all bothering about me now am helpless no phone with me no response too from Samsung.
