For the AC cooling issue reported, then sent technicians within * hours of booking which surprised me, technician immediately mentioned about gas issue needed full top up of gas and asked for INR **** asking * months warranty, and they added RS *** to it in the name of service changes, all paid through gpay.
Shocked to see no bill shared for the amount paid even after **hrs of service, No improvement in cooling, not picking up the call when approached again. Even reaching out the the *********** is of no help.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
