Railyatri - Worst service and false commitments

Why railyatri is a scam and provides the worst customer experience ever. This was my second journey and they heavily disappointed me again. My pickup point was changed without any prior information (Mahamaya flyover to Mayur Vihar Ext.). If I hadn't myself called those guys, I would have never known about the change of pickup point. I had to struggle hard to again reach the new boarding point. To my surprise, the bus later stopped at the Mahamaya flyover, where the driver boasted my bus my rules. They could have told earlier.
The bus was not owned by railyatri and was run/managed by some *rd class tour agency called 'CityLand'. Now why scam? They claim to be clean, punctual and what not. They were nothing. No clean sheets, dirty sleeper cabins with dust and garbage (Video attached), mosquitoes, smelly quilts, sticky walls. Whatever they claim to provide all is a scam. No sanitizer, no proper blanket, warm water in **-degree heat, never on time, not polite staff, not trained. I reached Lucknow at *:** am, time was *:** am. The bus stopped at the worst dhaba you can possibly images, out of nowhere. Very unsafe for women and family. Overpriced water, cigarettes and food. No hygiene nothing.
The bus later stopped at Agra expressway for **-** minutes because the driver had to go and drive another bus meanwhile, what stupidity. I would never recommend anyone to use their services. Never ever. I tried them twice and I'm so disappointed that I will prefer desi *** bucks bus without AC instead of taking their services.
