I booked a train ticket from rail yatri mobile application. And cancelled it on the same platform but there rail yatri showed they have paid us refund amount and that amount is not appearing in my bank account. Rail yatri gave us an ARN number which they are saying that it is completed and successful but my bank which is AU small finance bank is denying receiving such refund from that ARN number.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
