TCL - Worst service

This is kind notice to bring you that I have purchased TCL **PE series last year . Just using for ** months , I observed a problem with my displayed , reached out to your support in month of September .

The technician visited our home and identified that there is a problem with the part and requested for a replacement of the TV.

After further follow up (at-least *-* calls a day ) , I got a used second hand tv as replacement . I was shocked to see that and understood thats how TCL company works in terms of replacements . I was really unhappy that they provided a used tv .

To add to my frustration , the TV that was provided to me as replacement had worst display quality and after raising complaint , your technician identified a problem with the part in the hardware and asked for replacement .

But after waiting a month , i came to know that the request for replacement of that part is rejected .

So finally in sequence

My original tv was not working raised a complaint
Was replaced with old used tv
That tv had problem and has no part to replace.

The only option is I have now to approach consumer court to further escalate this. I would never ever recommend this “TCL” to anyone and regret everyday to get this tv .
