Hi, please refer to the order number WDCN****** made on **th may **** to wonderchef (treasure retail private limited) online for lux multi cook kettle and *piece grand granite set. It was prepaid order. I recieved the lux multi cook kettle on **th May **** but didn\'t get the grand granite piece set. I have made several complaints through mail as well calls but theres no proper response. Only thing which wonderchef team gives me is fake commitments. Despite of all efforts to get the ordered product or my refund there\'s no proper response from them. The total order was of INR **** and out of which INR **** item is pending for delivery. Its been almost * months now I have been chasing them. Request you to help me in this regard. This is height of testing patience of a customer and height of ignorance. I would like to penalise them in a way that going forward they take every customer seriously. through social networking sites etc. Hope I will be heard and this company will penalised for the harassment done.
