Wrogn - Worst quality of shoes

I purchased shoes from them * weeks ago and i just wore them twice and they got torn off and then i contacted them and they told me to email with images and video which i did the same day which is * days ago from now and then they told me they have forwarded it to quality team specially agent name KIRAN he is the worst agent he have only * statement he has escalated it and wait for ** hrs. So from past * days am taking update from them and each one of them keep on saying that i will get update in ** hrs which is white lie. Now today i called them and again agent KIRAN picked call and he said that shoe is out of stock and have to wait for */* weeks for reply from quality team and then they will decide it will get replaced or not. I asked to speak with supervisor and request was clearly denied by saying noone is available. I have call recording, email, images, videos. I want to be compensated more than what i actually suppose to get.
