The swiggy charged ** Rs for packaging but when I received the order then it was in bad condition. The veg was mixed with dal and roti was burned and uncooked and it was not with butter. Everything in this order was in bad condition and when I complained to the customer care they denied that they can not do anything because the restaurant will not accept the delivered product. They were not listening to me.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
