Croma A Tata Product - Worst product

Its just been a year to buy a tv from Croma with warrenty of *year but due to another tv was operational so it was oftenly used.
As soon as the old tv screen got blank so shifted to croma tv just **/** days before. Just after the one week warrenty got expired
Tv motherboard sparked and got shut
Call the customer executive for repair
Just for visiting they took ***/- rupyees
And said sir ye to jal gaya hai and iska ****/- rupya lagega. Are u serious ?
Just for a sparkle thing u can change the switch and i hope it would start working
But was telling to sir wo aap dekhlo fhir hum aisa nhi karte.
I just bought the Tv just bcoz its a TATA Product. Even the AC in my house is from Croma.
Never thought that this would be the result
Never going to buy any Tata products in my life.
