Agoda and OYO - Worst experience with Agoda with payment

I have my life's worst experience with Agoda and Oyo rooms.. I had booked a room through Oyo for which they denied taking me as they had some internal payment issues with the Oyo... I tried connecting with there customer service and was on call for *-* hours with a year old kid and father who is nearly ** yrs age at ** at night .. upon which they halped me to book other properties but nonoe of them had room. Upon having an trust issues I booked room through Agoda a hotel white palace for **** and paid in advance to avoid more disturbanxe to my family but after reaching there they said we r fully packed and we don't take online booking like are you serious.... I paid and when checking on cancellation they said it's can't be refunded due to non refundable policy.. I mean if the hotel doesn't have room why did you first book and then not even refunding my money.. post this I was standing on road at ** am so I called Oyo again to book me anywhere in city and they booked ekansh hotel for *** rs. And charged me upon checking with th e hotel they also denied that we r full have no rooms... And after calling again again to there customer care they r not entertaining.... I mean like I am standing on road at * with my whole family and can't feel worsen than this .. I am writing this to you to help me sort this issue and get me refund from both the properties..
