I booked Hotel Hamsa International near Howrah Bridge, Kolkata. Paid beforehand. After reaching, tgey are saying, no booking is done. They asked for higher rates. Neither did they could provide me with a room to stay. Sheer harrasment I faced. Agoda has not even provided a reachable customer care number to contact after fraud. Complete waste of money, time. Utterly disgusted. I want my money back
