I have a confirmation email regarding my booking at concerned hotel which i have booked through agoda.com but hotel is refusing to give us rooms and tell us to book through OYO. I feel very disappointed to have such a kind of fraud from such a respected online services. Please look to this matter asap.
I am also enclosing evidence for my booking .I hope u will do the needful!
