Worst customer care. They take *-* months to resolve the issue.Myntra is not customer focused. New fraud is part of the product will be missing and you wont get refund so plz be careful. If you are still ordering plz make product courier opening video. Not sure if they will consider the video. Just a thought. Customer service is very frustrating and annoying. They keep on closing the old complain with status resolved and create new one with new deadline. Not ready to root cause the problem of missing products and claiming its delivered.Its a big internal process problem. I can also see many reviews against myntra for same issue. Still myntra is not taking it seriously. I am very old customer of Myntra but my recent experience is worst and disappointing Henceforth i wont recommend Myntra for shopping.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
