Excitel Braodband - Worst broadband service in hyderabad

Hi Team,
We have raised connection shifting request and the issue was not resolved but we contacted the local executives for resolve the our issues. the person came and fix the wifi router. But connection was not activated. I have raised multiple tickets but there is no resolutions for my issues.
