Hiren Sojitra filed complaint against Swiggy on Jun 16, 2024
Recently I have ordered an burger using Swiggy. Unfortunately When the burger arrived it was in very bad condition. Even it was not same as like was shown in photo. I have sent an email to swiggy with the complaint regarding bad food and they just responded that it is based on restaurants process and whether condition hence it was not correct since the burger i have ordered which was not the same. you can see in the photo that what i have ordered and what was delivered.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
