Swiggy - Worng order And unprofessionalism

I knoe your acompany has now name and in one of most establish companies in delievery section but I guess you have no heartings for customer satisfaction, Today in the midnight i had ordered from one of the restaurant Cafe Hangout Chattarpur, I had ordered for two dished of Paneer and ** butter rotis as we were * peopele so i ordered accordingly but I recieved * Makki ki roti instead of ** Rotis
When i complained on customer care i had a word wid one of your executive, Siddharth who was not at all helping, he staright away declined helping us and when i wished to speak wid the TL he started making excuses and later offered ** rs of refund
And also suggesting us that i can order rotis from other restaurant from this ** rs
Seriously who'll not gonno survive if you have such executive who doesnt understands a word "customer satisfaction"
And this is not the first time this have happened but it was hieghts
I want my answers or i will sue the company for being so abrupt and unprofessionalism
