my order number OR-*******, I made a return or replacement request on **.**.**** and I received a confirmation mail for replacement of item on **.**.**** . But till now ** days passed after their mail there is no action for replacement. This is highly condemned. Actually I ordered a product for day to day needs or usage but I m unable to use the product . I m very much depressed due to your irresponsible behaviour. If I am not getting any proper response from them. Please help me
