I hope this message finds you well. I placed an order for Black Loafer for Women (Size **) on July *, **** (Order No: OR-*******), and the order status still shows “In Transit”. It has now been ** days, and I have not received the package yet.
Could you please provide an update on the delivery status and the estimated date of arrival? The delay is causing inconvenience, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter at the earliest.
