To Whom It May Concern,
I am filing this complaint against Myntra Designs Pvt. Ltd. for the abrupt and unjustified deactivation of my Myntra account, which was carried out without any prior notice, warning, or explanation.
This arbitrary action has led to the following grievances:
Denial of Access to my ongoing orders, returns, refunds, and complete purchase history.
Financial Loss and Inconvenience due to incomplete transactions and inability to track active orders.
Emotional Distress and anxiety caused by the lack of transparency and complete silence from customer support.
Violation of Consumer Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, ****, specifically with respect to unfair trade practices and deficiency in service.
I am a loyal and regular customer of Myntra, and such treatment is not only shocking but entirely unacceptable. Repeated attempts to contact customer support have yielded no satisfactory response or justification.
Relief Sought:
Immediate reactivation of my Myntra account.
A written explanation for the deactivation.
Compensation for the inconvenience, loss, and distress caused.
Assurance that such arbitrary actions will not be repeated.
If my concerns are not addressed within * working days, I will be compelled to:
Escalate the matter to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,
Share my experience on social media and public forums, and
Take further legal action as necessary.
I request the concerned authorities to take swift action to resolve this matter and hold the company accountable for its conduct.
