My order No. ORDER #************ dated **/**/**** canceled without confirmation and deducted full amount of Rs. ***/-.
Delivery agent called from BDA layout and say as per google location your adress is wrong and said canceled your order.
I say my adress is right that is No. ** *st floor, *rd cross, Concord layout, Patangere, Rajarajeswari Nagara, Bangalore -******. But delivery agent said can't delivery to this adress please canceled your order other way loss our time.
I said I want need food at this time please deliver right now my adress. However next after * mints I received your customer support call and I say my problem coustomer support executive said delivery agent delivered shortly your adress. After that I called delivery agent but he said can't delivered this order due to wrong adress in this time your coustomer support call my number * ya * time but I busy in call delivery agent. After cut the call of delivery agent I received message to swiggy your order cancelled. And full amount deducted.
Delivery agent not reached my door and adress.
It is therefore amount of deducted Rs. *** please refund as well as passible.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
