I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an issue with my Stake account and a withdrawal transaction.
On * March ****, I initiated a withdrawal of $*** USD (USDT) from my Stake account. The withdrawal request had been successfully submitted. However, due to what appears to be a technical or system-related issue, the withdrawal was reverted back to my Stake wallet.
Following the reversal, the system required me to wager the same $*** again before allowing another withdrawal. This requirement was unreasonable because the withdrawal had already been placed successfully and the reversal occurred due to a platform-related issue rather than any action or violation on my part.
As a direct result of being required to wager the amount again in order to access my funds, I unfortunately lost the full $***. Had the withdrawal been processed correctly at the time of the original request, this loss would not have occurred.
Therefore, I respectfully request the following:
A full investigation into the withdrawal reversal that occurred on * March ****. A review of my account activity and transaction records related to the $*** withdrawal. A fair resolution and reimbursement of the $*** lost due to the forced wagering requirement that resulted from the system issue.
I have attached screenshots and transaction records as evidence of the issue. If this matter cannot be resolved internally, I will be compelled to escalate the complaint through independent dispute resolution platforms and regulatory channels.
I request a response and resolution within * business days of receiving this email.
