Stake Online Betting Casino - withdrawal is not recieved in bank

On April **, ****, I initiated a *** rupee withdrawal from Stake, which showed as successful. However, the funds never reached my bank account. After waiting a day, I contacted Stake support, who confirmed the transfer was successful on their end and advised me to wait. It has now been a week with no progress despite my repeated attempts to contact them via email and live support. While I don't distrust Stake, as friends have successfully withdrawn funds before, I'm unsure how to resolve this issue. Any advice would be appreciated.
