I made a deposit of **** on **th of Jan. It did not arrive in my gaming account or bank account. The amount was debited. I raised an enquiry after ** hours which is their deposit wait time. Since than its been a week and have no update. Denied any compensation. I have missed so many good games since than. No ETA is being given. When I reach support I only get canned responses. I m missing on my daily income due to this delay.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
