I had an account with CoinDCX where I am not able to make any withdrawals. I am getting an error that "Withdrawals are restricted". I raised multiple tickets but no resolution has been provided whatsoever. It is very common that I am not able to reach out to any customer executive on chat support and they do not have any option for call.
Secondly, there was an execution from CoinDCX end where I had a position in SOLUSDT and there was a hard liquidation. The price had never reached the hard liquidation price but still my position was squared off. I have reached out to them regarding the same but it's been more than * days and there is no response whatsoever. No customer agent is connecting with me when I raise a ticket regarding this scenario.
If that position had not been squared off, then it would have been a scenario where I could have ended up with ***%+ profits on my capital but unfortunately I ended up losing almost **% of my capital.
My position was squared off even though I had enough capital.
CoinDCX's instagram team also is very casual and irresponsive when I approached them.
It feels that I have been a victim of a Fraud company and they have no regulation whatsoever.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
