This ticket raised in oct *nd week regarding withdrawal amount of ***** and ***** rs. As per application it shows success but I didn’t received amount from you. I have provided bank statement as well. Whenever I followed up customer support always getting copy paste messages simply saying investigating on it thats all closing ticket.

There is an another ticket.. which is deposit amount I transferred amount to the respective upi id while submitting the UTR getting an error. I have sent payment snapshots and bank statements as well with the ticket. amount wasn’t added to the wallet.
