However, I must bring the following critical fact to your attention:
Parimatch accepted every single one of these deposits from my daughter's UPI account WITHOUT any objection, flag, or communication. At no point during any of these transactions - many of which resulted in losses on my part - did Parimatch raise concerns about the payment source or request additional verification.
Under the legal principle of Estoppel, Parimatch cannot now raise an objection to the same payment method it previously accepted repeatedly and benefited from financially. The timing of this objection raised only after I won a significant amount of approximately ₹*.* Lakhs, makes it clear that this is not a genuine compliance concern but a pretext to withhold legitimately won and deposited funds.
I am nonetheless attaching the following documents in the spirit of full cooperation:
- My daughter Surbhi Gupta's UPI transaction statement showing all deposits made to Parimatch
- My bank account statement confirming Surbhi Gupta as registered nominee
SECTION * - FORMAL WRITTEN DEMANDS
I formally request written confirmation on the following three points before this matter can be considered resolved:
BALANCE CONFIRMATION
My account currently reflects approximately ₹*.** Lakhs. Please confirm in writing that this full balance is intact and will be released for immediate withdrawal upon successful completion of this verification.
RULE ** DEDUCTION — EXPLANATION AND REVERSAL DEMANDED
An amount of approximately ₹*.** Lakhs was unilaterally written off from my account under "Rule **" with zero prior notice, no communication, and no opportunity for me to respond or appeal. This amount includes my personal savings not just winnings.
I formally demand:
(a) A written explanation of exactly which specific rule was breached and precise evidence supporting that claim
(b) Immediate reversal of this deduction pending a fair review, as no due process was followed
UNBLOCK CONFIRMATION
Please confirm in writing that upon successful completion of this verification, my account will be fully and permanently unblocked with immediate and unrestricted withdrawal access.
SECTION * - BACKGROUND AND ESCALATION NOTICE
For the record:
- I have been a fully KYC-verified Parimatch user for over *.* years (Player ID: *********)
- I have made numerous deposits and transactions over this period with no prior violations
- My account was blocked without any prior warning at the precise moment I was withdrawing significant winnings
- No email, notification, or communication was sent to me before the block was imposed
- The Telegram support bot informed me my account was "permanently blocked due to suspicious activity" — yet no evidence of any suspicious activity has been provided to date
I am cooperating fully and in good faith. However, if I do not receive a satisfactory written response and complete account resolution within * working days of this email, I will have no option but to immediately escalate this matter to:
• Cyber Crime Cell — cybercrime.gov.in (Online Financial Fraud)
• National Consumer Helpline — ****-**-****
• Voxya Consumer Forum — for legal notice and consumer court proceedings
• Casino.Guru International Complaint Resolution Platform
• Enforcement Directorate — which has already initiated proceedings against Parimatch India's operations involving frozen funds and alleged fraud
• Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, ****
I trust Parimatch will treat this matter with the seriousness and urgency it deserves and resolve it fairly.
