Parimatch india - My withdrawal not received

I have done a withdrawal of *****rs and ****rs on **/**/** and **/**/** after ** hours they says transfer is done but i didn't receive it. I thought it would come after * days because they have this rule but then i raise a ticket which is ******** but after * months of patience. Now they are saying that the transaction is too old to verify. I mean what's my fault i provided each and everything you require and at the end you say that it's my fault because you guys are unable to verify the transaction. Such a shame
