I had made * withdrawals to bank account number ********** on **.**.**. but I had received only * of them to my bank account. One request amounting Rs.*****/- is still pending. When contacted support,they have stated that they had already sent funds through UTR:BT**************. But I haven't received. I had shared bank account statement and official email from bank stating that no funds are received with the utr. However the support team of mostbet is still insisting for letter from bank which is not possible as I reside ***kms away from bank branch.
I had sent multiple emails to mostbet on this issue but they are not responding.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
