My mostbet player id is: *********
I placed withdrawal of ***** INR to my Airtel payment bank account on **/**/**** and till today I have not received withdrawal in my bank account. I tried contacting mostbet support team regarding the same but they did not help just answered that you have to give official response from the bank which is not possible because there is no such transaction and bank denied to give the letter. In my mostbet account withdrawal status is successful and after N number of times making complaint I received no resolution . I contacted bank and provided utr to them and my bank denied that such payment has not received to your account and UTR number also not valid and no record is available in my bank statement. Same I have updated to mostbet but no response from their end. Bank asked me to check with the sender for reversal or raise dispute with sender's bank. I am now totally frustrated with the mostbet please help me.
Airtel payment bank do not provide such information regarding letter, we spoke on call. Why don't the simply logic you can't understand if I have received that transaction then it would have been reflected in my bank statement.
My bank can't give letter for the UTR which do not exists in my bank statement and my bank is not able to find any details of the said UTR numbers. How can my bank give me same comment if the UTR provided by mostbet team is valid. Kindly help me to get my winning amount
I am continuously taking followup of my withdrawal since last * months but still no response and resolution received from Mostbet Casino. I have visited bank and shown UTR provided to me by mostbet but bank confirmed that no such incoming transaction with this UTR found. Please reach out to sender party as it might have failed/returned to sender. I request you to please help me in this matter. For every month, i am reaching mostbet customer support but they are just giving me reply that we have resubmitted your withdrawal request to finance department and you will receive a update on this soon. After that support team hangs up the chat forcefully and i left with no email no response from Mostbet. Yesterday also same happened with me and previously as well.
