Mostbet - did not receive the withdrawal amount in my bank

i was playing casino games on mostbet application on my android. i lost too much but finally one day when i won a huge amount and i placed withdrawal requests.
the * withdrawals of amount ***** INR were placed that are not credited to my account.
i connected with support at least ** times
i gave them all the proofs, my bank statements, all the screenshots and every little detail everytime
but it didn't got resolved.
means its a fraud
