Club Factory - Withdraw amount not credited to Bank Account

Its been * months Club Factory is holding my money. I returned few items on ** June of amount Rs. ****.**, Order No. SO********. I asked for refund and Club Factory took a month to refund the amount in my app wallet. On **th July i received a confirmation of the refund. And the same day i opted to withdraw that amount in my original payment mode i.e Bank Account transfer. However till date that amount is still not credited to my bank account. I have entered all the required bank details at the time of requesting withdraw. Its been * months I am contacting customer support team via chat and call on the same matter but nobody is of any help. This is really frustrating and disappointing.
