Delivery boy dropped cake on vehicle without handing over and ran away when i asked for * min. wait as before coming he didn't given any call/msg.
There were mosiqutoes & Lizards & other insects was there. Even they didn't packed properly knife was pasted on delivery note and insects was there. it can be touch by bare hands, even they didn't packed it & placed in any carry bag. Nowhere is COVID-** or other infection safety followed. I immediately called customer care for return & write inside app for compliant. They asked for wait and in callback they replied that Seller said sorry and we give you an apology letter with complimentary gift. Its almost * days over but still i didnt' anything from M/s winni.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
