I booked a order on jaldi fatafat. Com for SYMPHONY AIR COOLER ON ** APRIL ****. VIDE ORDER N.O,:- ********* . ORDER CONFIRMATION MAIL WAS RECEIVED ON SAME DATE. I MADE ON LINE PAYMENT OF **** /- RS THROUGH CC AVENUE. AND RECEIVED PAYMENT SUCCESSFULL MAIL ON SAME DATE. THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE ON CUSTOMER CARE HELP LINE N.O. IAM NOT SURE WEATHER I HAVE BEEN CHEATED. BECAUSE I HAVE E MAIL PROOF OF THE TRANSACTION. AND I AM HOPING ONE DAY OR THE OTHER I MAY RECEIVE PRODUCT SHIPPED EMAIL FROM THIS COMPANY. I AM A PENSIONER AND THE AMOUNT IS TOO HUGE FOR ME TO TAKE IT LIGHTLY. IT'S TOO PAINFUL IF I AM CHEATED.
