Wildcraft India Private Limited - Wildcraft not issuing refund

On December **, ****, I placed an order for a Men's Vesta+ Outdoor Open Toe Sandal, which I received with a size issue. Upon reviewing the product, I realized it did not fit, and I requested a return for the same.

However, despite my prompt return request and the sandals not being worn due to the size issue, Wildcraft has refused to process my refund, claiming the product was received damaged. I want to clarify that I did not wear the sandals, nor did I cause any damage. Furthermore, the return and pickup process was handled by third-party delivery services, XpressBees and ShipRocket.

I have repeatedly contacted Wildcraft's customer service, but each time I am told that the team is reviewing the case and that I should wait ** hours for further updates. Unfortunately, no further contact has been made, and I am continually being told that the issue is escalated. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of resolution and follow-up from their end.

As someone from a lower-middle-class background, this purchase was a significant investment for me, and the amount of ₹**** is important. The prolonged delay in processing my refund and the harassment I have faced while seeking a resolution is causing significant distress. I request immediate intervention and support from Voxya to resolve this matter and ensure that my refund is processed promptly.
