Wifi is not working passed **days. Ticket raised in railwire support app but without solving they were closed the ticket. There is no proper response from them when I called to them. Also my local operator asking money every time. Wire broken in public place(road, etc.,) so you have to give ***rs then only will solve the problem like that every month his asking money to us. I am totally disappointed now. Let me know why i have to give money. I can't understand, wire is not broken in my home.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
