Railwire broadband - cheating by railwire railtel

HI.

I took a Railwire connection by paying Rs. **** (via UPI & cash) to the railwire authorized service provider who was referred by the railwire team. in the month of May ****.

from day one there are hell a lot of issues in terms of connectivity especially connection used to be down due to fiber cuts and even after multiple complaints they use to take a hell lot of time. off lat from last * months connects use to get down once in a week for ** + days. nobody from the escalation team was taking any responsibility and on top of it their so call section in charge behaved in a pathetic manner and the same was communicated to the escalation team along with the general manager for Karnataka / south. no action was taken against them.

* days ago they sent an email stating they will provide service till next month's **th and posted that I should look for some other vendor they had mentioned false information stating civil work and Etc, by the reality is they have switched off the connection from the same day even after taking full subscription amount from me which was transferred via there own website.

now they are saying they are not committed to providing service and I should get in touch with their local operator and get it from him as the operator in turn is no longer associated with them.

Never expected this sort of cheating behavior from a company that is associated with PSU.
