I am facing the Internet connectivity issue from *th September ****. I have informed to local RailWire cable operators immediately and they said will check and resolve within one day. And today is the *th day still issue is not resolved. Also I have raised the concern with customer support they also not escalating the issue with higher team. Due to this I am unable to attend the office meeting and calls. Also I am daily loosing **** INR where I am unable to provide the service to my clients.
Request you please help me out. Without this network we don’t have another alternative facility in our area.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
