Hi, I just got ACT Fibernet on the **th of October, and I have been facing multiple internet issues. Despite, it being just bought, I’m upset with the services. I discussed with the agent beforehand as we are working from home. There is an extension box in the apartment and I still haven’t received any update from them. The net has been on and off, but from **th Evening, Wifi hasn’t been working at all and the timeframe to fix the issue is ** hours which is really long. I want to get a compensation or get this fixed by the company. ACT has been fraudulent activities by giving efficient net only for the first ** days of the month and the rest of ** days there is always net issues. This is known, and have proof to show how this works.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
