Hathway Braodband Delhi - Wifi not functioning properly from April 20

From **th April,my internet is not working properly,it's gets disconnected after sometime.I tried mailing to their helpdesk and nodal officers nothing has been working.on *st of may service engineer visited and said everything is ok.wifi router needs to be changed buts it's been * days nothing has been done kindly help
