Hathway Braodband Delhi - No issue redressal

I have purchased a plan of **mbps worth rs *** couple of months back due to work from home situation on account of global pandemic Covid**. My account number with Hathway if **********. My wifi is not working at all, also it looks like my modem needs replacement because it is getting restarted again and again. I have registered so many complaints again and again in past ** days and I am following up on daily basis on my complaints. But they are making me fool and closing my complaints without providing solution to me. It is very frustrating and they are taking the consumer for granted. Please provide solution to me asap because due to this broadband issue my office work is hampered so much which may result in loss of my job. A quick action in this matter will be greatly appreciated.
