Asus - wifi issue in my phone

Respected sir /madam I have continuously complained to ( Asus) about the issue that has occurred on my phone but no helpful solution has been provided by the company. My phone's wifi & hotspot is not turning on, it shows an error. Sometimes my phone also gets freeze & this is not occurring on my phone only , many others (Asus, rog*) users are also complaining about it (I have all attached the file to show other users' complaints). but the company is not taking action instead of that is illogical they are asking to replace a motherboard & they are saying it will cost [** thousand, rupees]. It is a manufacturing defect or software bug the company is not taking action. So I humbly request you to take action against these types of companies who don't care about their customers after selling their products & make them suffer. I hope you will look into this matter soon as possible Thank you
