Timbl Broadband - Wifi connection not started

I made a payment of Rs. ****/- for six month of Timbl Wifi connecti on on **-**-****. But, till date my connection did not started. Despite several follow ups they are only giving fake hope that today it will be done or tomorrow it will be done. It's been almost ** days following up with them and every day they have a new excuse. I am mentally very irritated and also I suffered on my work due to this as I have to work from home on weekends as well. Please do the needful required.
