connection not working multiple times , poor service given by company , the main problem is they are not giving any responce and not giving amy exact date of resolution. i am from bhagalpur bihar , here connection not working from last * weeks and they are not taking any action and not giving any responce , very rude behaviour of staffs , facing multiple issue like unable to attend my online classes any many things. the main problem is customer care staff not talking and not giving any responces / reply in mail also after mailing several times , my name is RITU RAJ
