Sir my connection in name of Rakesh iam timble customer from last * years my registered mobile number on timble is+************ .i lodge complaint on timble on ** October on timble app and my internet not working.nor there customer care work for * days . I also send mail there is no reply of my my mail. After * days they close my complaint on * oct my internet works but again stop on * october i lodge complaint again but no action is taken against my complaint.its request you to please atleast solve my problem permanently or refund my amount or i can shift to other broadband
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
