Netplus Broad Band - Wifi and cable not working even after payment

Its been * week tht i have made payment of ruppe *** to netplus through goggle pay . But wifi and cable both are not working since last * days . Netplus Customer care is not answering calls and is not sending anyone to check the problem . Days are passing without wifi connection so i want ky money back so tht i can change my network connection
