I have booked a flight with my PNR LLZ**H from Jaipur to Ahmedabad on ** March **** where I have done my web check in my flight and I am having my seat no. I reached about **** hrs where my departure was at **** hrs. I have my brother with me at the same time with web check-in done with different pnr. He was allowed to go but I denied, in a very inappropriate way. They just walked from the counter leaving me confused. Nobody from indigo helped me and on top of them yelled at me. Have I took any liability on you. And I spoke with Mr Ankit he didn't listen to anything. He was a tape recorder and said you’ll we’ll get the refund of Rs.***. Nobody is ready to listen that I am having a seat no. and I have done web check-in. All my planning are being disturbed just because of this abundance of mental agony.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
