We took VISA and travel insurance both from your website and received approved E-VISA in the form of attachment but Travel Insurance was not provided. We waited at the airport for around *-* hrs and then purchased the same from some other vendor.
Also, talked to some senior in yatra named Rajeev and he was very impolite and told that we do not have time to revert to customer mails and calls.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
