The tikona broadband connection was taken in december **** since then it was working with little trouble then our pack validity was over in may we recharged again ever since that it is not working at all half day connectivity will be there half day no connectivity in a week atleast *-* days there will be no connectivity at all and everytime we lodge a complaint they promise to fix it but never come up all fake and false promises but this was the time when we required the internet the most
