Tikona Broadband Company - Undue Harrasment by collection Agent

We were using Tikona broadband for last * years. The quality was very poor but we persisted and paid every penny. In the month of october we moved to another broadband player and asked them to disconnect. They did not disconnect and raised a bill for **** rs for one quarter. First there automated calls started bombarding us which we avoided. Then there collection agent called and harassed my wife in a tone and tenor unheard of in civilised society. The bill of tikona can be checked we havent used even * kb in the whole quarter then what this harassment for? Similarly can submit bills for the same pwriod of my airtel broadband to show that we have indeed migrated to a new broadband plan. The Harassment by collection agent was so severe that my wife was in tears when i came back from office and she paid the money out of sheer humiliation and fear.
