Tikona Broadband Company - Register so many complaints still service is not improved

I my Using tikona service from past * months, each and every week I have to register complaint regarding speed issue. Recently i have upgraded my plan from lower plan to higher plan. Now a days Daily minimum *,* times I have to register a complaint regarding speed issue. I am not at all satisfied with tikona service and their irresponsibility towards customer service.
